Hours: Part-time (2 hours direct services/month, 1 hour consultation/month, 18 compensatory service hours)
Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 physical therapy to a 12th-grade student in Bristol, CT. The student requires supervision and guidance for safe navigation in the school environment and performs best with adult contact and support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 physical therapy targeting gross motor improvement and mobility.
- Consult with educational staff monthly to ensure students physical needs are met.
- Update IEPs and maintain documentation of students progress.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to maximize students independence and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active PT license in CT and complete all district requirements.
- School-based experience required; CTSEDS familiarity is a plus.
- Background check and Zoom interview are required.
Hourly Pay Range: $40 - $55/hour
